Processing times
Orders process Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm ET on weekdays, on weekends, or on holidays start processing the next business day.
Please allow 2 business days for processing — orders do not ship the same day they’re placed.
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping times may vary by item; check each product’s lead time in its description.
International shipping
We ship worldwide.
Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply for shipments outside the U.S.; the recipient is responsible for these charges. Carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) typically collect them before delivery.
GOTRA Jewelry is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs or import issues.
If a shipment is refused and returned, all charges (including return shipping) are the purchaser’s responsibility.
